Without grades, some would not make the effort.

Grades often not fair, as outcome not clearly measurable. Just like oral grades.
many improve their grade point average with sports, especially in the Abitur (high school graduation)
Poor grade is equated with unsportsmanlike.
Students who do not do sports then at least have a little exercise
Sport should be fun and not be compared with grades. Some people don't even enjoy sports anymore because of this.
Students who are bad at math, for example, are also graded there. Why shouldn't that be the case in sports? Instead of learning, you have to train
Grades often not fair as sport is based on talent
Students can record their own performance.
Children of different ages and other physical conditions are compared. Unfair. Do you send an elephant climbing?
Later in life, they will be evaluated, which is why grading is very important.
Teachers have prejudices
In sports you are encouraged to grow beyond your own goals and limits
You can't practice properly because, for example, not everyone has a high bar at home. In other subjects you can learn with the textbooks or notes.
Ambition
Grades in sports are detrimental to healthy self-esteem.
Unfair to subjects that also require talent like art
I did a lot of sports in my free time, but I was always bad at school sports because I was afraid of heights. (balance beam, high bar, uneven bars...)
Sexy sports teacher
Some may lose their self-confidence
Pupils motivated in the lessons.
not everyone is sporty fit
Without grades, many would no longer have any incentive and would therefore perform worse.
A bad day during an assessment can cause you to receive a lower grade.
You can grade sports, but you should not grade the performance but the effort and toil of the students.
Since many got beat up in gym class, they don't want to play sports when they grow up.
relaxed and you can forget the stress of school
It should be fun and not always this performance pressure prevail only so you can work perfectly as a team in my opinion
Feedback function, reporting function, socialization function, incentive and discipline, authorization, allocation and selection.
it is talent dependent
People who are otherwise good everywhere can also take a bad grade sometimes
I'm spoiling my good grade point average on my report card!
Of course, unathletic students are at a disadvantage, but in music or art, it's the same thing. those who can't play an instrument or paint are also at a disadvantage.
Students are different (weight, height, ability (or talent), possibly hobbies) and still need to achieve the same or similar results for a good grade.
The people who are good at sports should be rewarded for it. Wouldn't it be unfair if some people put in a lot of effort and don't even get rewarded? Yes!
The scope of how children's psyches are affected because of grading is glorifying.
Equal opportunities e.g. if you are light you are good at sprinting if you are heavy you are good at the shot put
It is more important to develop logical thinking and language skills instead of practicing meaningless push-ups or high jumping like a kangaroo.
There should be more individual sports, such as field hockey, fishing, horseback riding, golf and bowling . Then the grading is fun again )
Is this supposed to motivate students to give them fours and fives??!
You can train for sports (e.g. push-ups or similar), but you can't really train for a talent in art.
Cooperation and perseverance are recognized
Against the abolition of grades speaks, that often the motivation is lost, if one has no goals before eyes which one would like to reach. Because who gives
Sport can not be learned
Students get a chance to move in gym class after sitting around all day and can earn a good grade doing it.
Unfair evaluation
Pupils try harder
I am a very unathletic student and otherwise rather strong. Sports drag my average down tremendously and I often feel depressed after class!
you really take part in class and participate, otherwise you get a 6
It is unfair because not everyone can do everything, and unfair grading because, for example, in the high jump not everyone is the same height and therefore does not reach the same height.
strengthens self-confidence, teamwork and social skills. Also, you can find new friends with the same interests.
Sport is too exhausting
Because who gives his best if he is not rewarded for it
No consideration of disadvantaged students
Teamwork is strengthened when you really try and do your best.
Would you rate a monkey the same as an elephant in climbing?
Students develop in so many ways, including on a physical level
Some go to sports clubs and thus have an advantage
Physical education is a school subject like any other. Why shouldn't students be graded? Just because you have to be physically active? That's not a real reason!
Psychological pressure that arises from the comparison of the students
You keep yourself physically fit to get a good grade
Comparing people of different builds is unfair. If I, very small, can not jump as far as someone tall, I can not help it!
Athletic students get one more good grade on their report card. That boosts their self-confidence.
Many don't take sports seriously and don't participate but just chat.
One subject for the athletic. to shine, non-athletic have plenty of other subjects to be good at.
Sports are obsolete
Loss of value of the subject
In high school, sports don't count.
You know if man is good or bad.
I'm not athletic and I hate sports, so I think grading in sports is stupid because some people are just naturally athletic.
Sport is also a matter of exercise
Not everyone has the physical disposition, so athletic students automatically have great advantages
Jeder kann sich testen was er kann oder eben nicht ich selbst bin sportlich und spiele oft in meiner freizeit fußball das hält mich fit und ich bin kaum krank.
Teacher can evaluate you worse if he does not like someone
If grading in sports is abolished, there will be special status within the school system, to avoid this it should be kept.
Sports are no fun when you are overweight because you have to keep up with everyone else and then you usually can't.
Es ist eine Möglichkeit für Schüler die weniger Sportlich sind fitter zu werden und Studien zeigen das sportlichere Schüler eine bessere Lernfähigkeit haben.
Due to fears (such as fear of heights) one is often restricted and cannot perform as well as others
If music and art are valued, sports can be valued as well.
Boys have to perform significantly better than girls, although this is not always possible because the physique of both sexes often varies.
Physical education is an opportunity for students to become more physically fit.The assessment is not about talent after all,it is about effort.
Too much pressure that you manage the requirements
Each student is individual and has different physical prerequisites - equal opportunities impossible.
Depressing
unfair
Unfair, because some people simply do not like the sports or cannot do them due to physical abilities
Very gender dependent topics
One can have a sports exemption
It can happen that unathletic people lose motivation for sports when they get bad grades all the time. Some skip it out of shame.
In physical education, only certain sports are asked, which not everyone is equally good at. E.g. always only ball games
Humiliation for unsportsmanlike shooting
The teacher quickly evaluates the student only because she (the child) may not look so fit because he does not have good genetics like someone else.
I think the grading should be abolished, because for people who are smaller, fatter or unathletic than others, the same grading applies. Is that good
Either you have talent for it or you don't. I think grading in physical education is unfair. For many young people, self-confidence suffers as a result.
What's the point of being able to swing on a wooden pole.
Against it speaks, that there are also unathletic people, just as however unmusical or not artistically gifted ones.
Graded physical education fails to achieve its goal of motivating students to participate in sports, as poor grades in this subject are often accompanied by humiliation and frustration.
Against it speaks, that the sport grade is important for some students to compensate other grades and it would be unfair for the good ones in the sport area.
Although I believe that sports should be practiced frequently in everyday life, in my opinion, students' performances should not be required.
Unfair grading. Outdated sports. No consideration of the individual.
Sport should be fun
Children, for whom movement is important, are to be motivated by fun and not demotivated by bad grades
Effort is not included in the censorship
Sport is simply something that you can do well and like or dislike
Art is in the eye of the beholder
There is a lot of bullying in gym class.
there are also grades. Also, unlike art or music, you can work on your performance.
It really demotivates you when you get a 6 even though you're improving.
No equal opportunities
Sport is not great
There is a value table for everyone, including students who do it as a hobby, and students must be graded on a ratio with each other.
A student's athleticism is dependent on genes and can only be partially trained.
I was somewhat underdeveloped for my age and had even survived a car accident. It was humiliating to just miss the points for a certificate.
How should ambition and incentive work without physical assets?
If you're desperate to get grades and certificates for sports because you think you're so great, you can do it outside of school. Otherwise it's unfair to others.
You should only grade the cooperation.
It drags kids down knowing they can't do anything about their bad grades because of lack of talent
Sports Art & Music are definitely subjects where grades make no sense whatsoever, as extremely unfair & irrelevant as such for further life.
Also, the compromise to rate by pre-step is unfair, because different physiques can also pose a problem with the pre-step.
Poor self-esteem
If sports gets graded it can lead that children think bad about themselves!
Grades can reduce participation and cause mental health problems
Grades in sports can impact performance and could cause unfairness between students
